The snow squalls and heavy accumulations forecast for Prince Edward County Monday didn’t materialize as expected although school buses in the county were cancelled.
Some snow did fall through the day but only about 10 cm around Picton. However, snow continued to fall in that area Tuesday morning.
There were no widespread bus cancellations Tuesday morning.
Tuesday, meteorologist Kevin Williams is calling for flurries and windy conditions with a bit more snow, up to around six centimetres for southern parts of Prince Edward.
