Residents of Quinte West will be able to celebrate the new year with Mayor Jim Harrison and Quinte West Council on Sunday.
The Skate and Social is set to take place on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Duncan McDonald Memorial Gardens.
Residents will get to enjoy free public skating, complimentary refreshments and free family activities.
