A revised draft of the City of Belleville’s Consolidated Zoning By-law is now available for residents to review.
The updated document is a result of last year’s public information centre and feedback collected over the past several months.
Changes include the removal of size restrictions of RVs, boats, and trailers, numerous mapping changes, additional housing options and improved accessible parking provisions.
Residents are invited to review the draft Consolidated Zoning By-Law and submit comments to the city.
Public comment may be submitted to planning@belleville.ca.
Staff are to bring a recommendation report to the Planning Advisory Committee on March 4.
