Belleville police are seeking the public’s assistance following a stabbing at a North Front Street business overnight Friday that left a 23-year-old man dead and a 30-year-old man in Kingston hospital with injuries.
Officers were called to the Go-Go Club at 320 North Front Street shortly after 12 a.m. Saturday January 6 for reports of multiple people being stabbed.
Two males, both from Belleville, were transported to hospital where a 23-year-old man was pronounced deceased.
The second male, 30, was subsequently transported to Kingston hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
The name of the deceased is being withheld pending next of kin notification.
The Belleville Police Criminal Investigations Division, with the assistance of the Forensic Investigations Unit, is investigating.
