Bob Mullin says there are other projects moving ahead as well.
“We hope to get the new Stirling Manor long-term care home started this year. The site has been determined and they’re moving ahead on that.
There are some major upgrades to the theatre-library building for accessibility and energy efficiency.”
Mullin tells Quinte News council and staff will also be working with developers to bring more housing to the community now that major improvements have been made to water/sewer services in the urban area.
