The Trenton Golden Hawks are the number one team in the Ontario Junior Hockey League’s East Conference and that is reflected with four players and two alternates being selected for the upcoming All Star Game in Collingwood.
Ben Bonisteel, Adam O’Marra, Barret Joynt and Owen Wilson are on the roster with Corbin Roach and Dillon Stiles as alternates.
Dimitri-Alexander Tzaferis of the Wellington Dukes and Belleville native Trevor Hoskin of the Cobourg Cougars will also suit up for the Eastern Conference.
Goaltender Ethan Fraser, a former Golden Hawk and current member of the Lindsay Muskies is also an alternate for the Eastern squad.
Meanwhile Wellington’s Jack Lisson and Nick DiPaolo will play in the Prospects Game along with Golden Hawk Thomas Kuipers and Belleville native Landon Wright who plays for the Blues. Noah Smith of Trenton is an alternate.
Both games will be played in Collingwood one Saturday January 13.
