A three-game winning streak has the Belleville Senators moving up in the AHL’s North Division.
Jacob Larsson (3rd) and Matt Highmore (5th) gave Belleville a 2-0 first period lead and Mads Sogaard turned away 30 shots to send the Senators to a 4-1 victory over the visiting Laval Rocket.

Josh Currie added his third of the season and Roby Jarventie (7th) sealed the win with an empty net goal.
Belleville jumps from fifth place in the AHL North into a tie with Toronto for third.
Belleville plays the Marlies again on Saturday in Toronto at 4pm.
