It was eerie late Saturday night and early Sunday morning in Belleville.
Along with gusty winds causing flags to flap and garbage to be blown through the streets came a siren wailing at short intervals from the centre of the city.

City of Belleville security personnel say the siren emanated from Crate Marine, however, a patrol of the area found nothing unusual.
