The Belleville Police Service is hoping the public can help after a display on the Veteran’s Memorial Bridge was vandalized Thursday.
Two suspects were seen at 1:15 p.m. at the display on the bridge which which spans the Moira River on Bell Boulevard.
They were seen holding signs saying something similar to “brace for the future”.
