The regional real estate market is being described as holding steady.
Officials with the Central Lakes Association of Realtors which includes Quinte area realtors say
home sales in November were down only slightly from October.
In Belleville, 28 single-family homes were sold with an average price of just under $555,000.
The median price, the price at which half of the homes sold cost more and half less, was $505,000.
In Quinte West, 26 single-family homes were sold at an average price of $534,000.
The median price was $520,000.
In Prince Edward County in November there were 20 homes sold with an average price of $875,000.
The median price was $783,000.
