Drivers will experience some delays at a busy intersection in Picton tomorrow (Tuesday).
Prince Edward County council has given the Hastings Prince Edward Learning Foundation
permission to run a voluntary road toll asking for donations at the intersection of Lake and Talbot streets and County Road 33.
All money raised through the road toll will be used to provide nutritious breakfasts and snacks for students.
In addition, the Feed the Meter campaign will be running for the entire month of December in the downtown cores of Trenton, Belleville, and Picton.
Parking will be free but all money placed in the meters will be donated to the Learning Foundation.
