Prince Edward County will host a public information meeting on a Wellington housing development proposal.
Sterling Homes has filed an application for a Zoning By-law Amendment for an approximately 253-unit development for land located south of Millennium Trail, west of Cleminson Street, and north of Wellington Main Street.
The development at 380 Main Street would consist of lane-front townhomes, rear-lane townhomes, back-to-back townhomes, and single-detached homes and be accessed from two points: one located on Wellington Main Street and the other on Cleminson Street.
The meeting will be held November 29 at 6 p.m. at the Wellington and District Community Centre.
Those planning to attend the meeting are asked to register by contacting Matthew Coffey, Planning Approvals, Coordinator, at mcoffey@pecounty.on.ca by noon on November 29. If you have any questions regarding the location or format of the public meeting please contact Mr. Coffey.
Materials for the application can be viewed on The County’s website.
