Saturday saw a few local teams play in the minor hockey leagues.
In local Junior C hockey games, the Frankford Huskies slipped past the Port Hope Panthers 5-4 in overtime and the Amherstview Jets dismantled the Campbellford Rebels 8-0.
In the Eastern Ontario Super League, the Deseronto Bulldogs thumped the Centre Hastings Ice Miners 9-3.
Several games are on the docket this afternoon.
In the AHL, the Belleville Senators are hosting game two of a two-game series with the Cleveland Monsters. The Sens are hoping for a win to avenge their 4-2 loss in game one on Friday. The puck drops at the CAA Arena at 2 p.m.
In Junior A hockey, the Golden Hawks are on the road, travelling to face the Toronto Jr Canadiens at 7:15 this evening.
And in Junior C action, The Napanee Raiders clash with the Amherstview Jets at 1:30 this afternoon.
