The Trenton Golden Hawks will have two representatives participating in the 2023 Eastern Canada Cup All-Star Challenge next week, hosted by Trenton.
The Ontario Junior Hockey League announced the rosters for Team Hawerchuk and Team Oates on Wednesday.
Defencemen Dillon Stiles and forward and Belleville native Corbin Roach have each been named to Team Hawerchuk.
The Eastern Canada Cup All-Star Challenge brings together all-star teams from the Ontario Junior Hockey League, the Central Canada Hockey League, the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League, the Quebec Junior League, and the Maritime Junior Hockey League.
The tournament serves as a player identification event for the coaching staff for Team Canada East for the World Junior A Challenge, December 10 – 17 in Truro, Nova Scotia.
The All-Star Challenge will be played at the Duncan McDonald Memorial Community Gardens November 13 – 15.
