Centre Hastings OPP is seeking the public’s assistance to locate a missing man.
Thirty-five-year-old Richard was last seen around 10:30 a.m. October 30 in Madoc walking along Highway 62 near Highway 7.
He is described as 5’6″, 120-130lbs, with a thin build, curly blonde/red hair and a beard.
He was last seen wearing a black Reebok winter jacket, a knitted blue sweater, ripped blue jeans and boots.
