A new organization focused on sheltering the homeless in Belleville is looking for volunteers.
At a kickoff event Saturday night (November 4) the fledgling Tiny Shelters Alliance will screen a film featuring a David and Goliath story and the housing crisis.
That film is titled “Someone Lives Here” the its writer Kaleel Seivwright will be on hand to provide comment on the issue that’s challenging communities across North America.
The film and the Tiny Shelters Alliance’s concept plan will be unveiled at the event which begins at 6 p.m. Saturday at Maranatha Church.
