Belleville police took notice when a pop-up trailer was being pushed down a road early Monday.
Around 3:15 a.m., officers attended the scene and spoke to the suspects.
Police learned one of them had outstanding warrants for fraud and possession of stolen property.
A 36-year-old woman of no fixed address was arrested.
