Trenton native Trennt Michaud and partner Lia Pereira of Milton won a silver medal in the ice dance competition as the International Skating Union season got underway this weekend in Allen Texas.
Michaud and Pereira were competing in their first Grand Prix together.
The pair won gold at the 2023 Skate Canada Challenge and a bronze at the National Championships last season.
THE ISU of Grand Prix Figure Skating includes six international senior events leading up to the final in Beijing in December.
Michaud and Pereira will next skate in France on in early November.
