A Stirling-Rawdon woman has been charged after an impaired driving investigation in downtown Belleville Friday evening.
Around 6:30 p.m., police were called to Front and Campbell streets in regards to a vehicle with damage to it.
It was parked the wrong way on Campbell, which is a one way street.
A caller indicated the female driver was passing in and out of consciousness, with her foot on the gas.
It was determined the driver was under the influence of street drugs.
Thirty-six-year-old Ashley Rappel was charged with impaired by drug and possession of cocaine and fentanyl.
Rappel has a November court date.
