There could be a few more residential units coming in Trenton.
Voskamp Enterprises is applying to the City of Quinte West for zoning changes to allow existing
commercial buildings at 40 Frankford Crescent to be converted to 15 townhouses.
The Planning Advisory Committee has recommended that council approve the rezoning to allow
the development.
