A former City Clerk for Belleville has passed away.
Bill Moreton spent 31 years with the City of Belleville.
He and wife Brenda were also the owners of Fast Backwards Antiques and Collectibles.
His Celebration of Life will be held Friday November 3 at Burke Funeral Home.
Moreton was 80 years old.
