The D.J. MacDonald Bridge in Trenton will be closed the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 24 to remove the temporary water main over the bridge.
The closure will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Dixon Drive from Marmora/West Street to Front Street will also be closed to support the repair work.
Detour routes will be in effect in the impacted area.
Access to the OPP Station will remain accessible at the intersection of Ontario Street and Meyers Street.
The sidewalk on the north side of the bridge will reopen once this work is completed.
There was a leak in a major water main in July that resulted in the installation of the temporary water main until a more permanent fix was completed.
