The Haliburton Huskies handed the Trenton Golden Hawks their second loss of the season, defeating them 2-1 on Saturday night.

The Golden Hawks started strong with an early goal in the first frame, holding on to that lead until halfway through the second period before the Huskies notched their first of the night. With the two teams now neck in neck, the game continued until halfway through the third when the Huskies took a second goal and pulled ahead, taking the win.
The Golden Hawks will face the Cobourg Cougars on Monday.
