Most people consider Friday the 13th unlucky, but one Belleville woman is having a run of very good luck.
During today’s Cash for Cancer Early Bird Drawing, Jenny W. of Belleville won a $5000 travel voucher along with a $3000 cash prize.
The Cash For Cancer lottery offers a $100,000 cash grand prize, and four early bird prizes, making it Belleville General Hospital Foundation’s biggest lottery to date.
The lottery has raised $323,000 so far this year, with a goal of raising $500,000 by the end of 2023.
