Brighton Applefest continues on its final day with several events through Sunday afternoon.
Yesterday saw the festival’s busiest day, with Mayor Brian Ostrander saying events like the car show and children’s village were very busy.
“I can tell you, the street was packed on Main Street yesterday,” said Mayor Ostrander. “It was great to see so many people coming out and enjoying Applefest and enjoying the local vendors that we had.”
Several attractions will be available through Sunday afternoon, including helicopter rides from King Edward Park, a bike ride starting at the Ontario Street boat launch at 1 p.m., and a family fun fair at Trinity St. Andrew’s Church.
