Friday night saw two games in the Eastern Ontario Super League involving local teams.
The Tweed Oil Kings defeated the Frontenac Phantoms 6-4.
Pat Millington, Andrew Rhynold, and Elijah Brahaney scored for the Oil Kings, while Darren Doherty earned a hat trick with three goals.
Meanwhile the Gananoque Islanders beat the Deseronto Bulldogs 7-4.
Noah Brant, Joey Mayer, and Shawn Mackie scored for the Bulldogs.
The Oil Kings’ and the Bulldogs’ next game will be against each other next Saturday.
