A popular Quinte West business is looking to make a move.
On Thursday, the Planning Advisory Committee approved an Official Plan amendment to allow a recreational vehicle sales, parts and service establishment to set up on Old Highway 2 just west of Bayside Secondary School.
Motorsports of Trenton is currently located on McCauley Road off Stockdale Road.
The majority of the 89-acre property is vacant.
The amendment will create a lot area of just under four acres for the business on municipal water and sewer services.
Applications will still have to be approved for severance, a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control before the proposed development can be constructed.
