One person has been charged with assault after a delivery driver was assaulted in Trenton.
Quinte West OPP responded to a call from a North Murray Street business last Thursday morning.
Police say the accused did not comply with police demands while being arrested resulting in an additonal charge of resist peace officer against 57-year-old Donald McCrory of Trenton.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court on October 19.
