The Quinte West OPP have charged an individual with breaking and entering.
On September 17, 2023 at approximately 3:00 p.m., officers responded to a residence on Harrington Road, Quinte West for a report of a break and enter, where a dog had been stolen. The suspect left the area prior to police arrival and an investigation led to a person being arrested.
Michal Bracciodieta, 42 years old from Brock Township, has been charged with the following offences:
- Break and enter
- Theft under $5000
- Fail to comply with probation order
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on October 26, 2023.
The dog was found by police.
