The 29th Annual Haggarty Cup (Golf Match play team event) was held at the Bay of Quinte Golf Club last weekend.
Friday’s alternate shot format saw Team Haggarty take a 5-4 lead over Team Mills heading into Saturday’s four-man better ball format.
It was close again Saturday where Haggarty took a 5.5 to 3.5 edge over Mills before heading into the Sunday single matches where Team Haggarty pulled away from Team Mills for a final score of 24-12.
