A sizeable housing development is being proposed for the Town of Deseronto.
Hastings County has received an application for Draft Plan of Subdivision to allow
seven single family homes and 36 townhouse units on land off Main Street along the
shore of the Bay of Quinte.
The 4.2 hectare property is in the western part of Deseronto.
Hastings County council has yet to make a final decision on the application.
