Members of the Bancroft OPP have charged a driver with impaired following a traffic complaint about a possible impaired driver.
On September 5, 2023, shortly after 10:30 a.m., officers responded to a traffic complaint on Harley Road in Bancroft. The investigation resulted in the driver being arrested.
Mark Rose, a 42-year-old from Bancroft, has been charged with the following criminal offences:
– Operation while impaired – drug
– Refusal to comply with a demand
– Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance – Fentanyl
The accused has been held in custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville, Ontario on September 6, 2023, in relation to the criminal charge.
