United Way Hastings & Prince Edward has announced Dan McCullough of Magna Lighting/Autosystems is the 2023 Campaign Chair.
Last year’s campaign, chaired by Hilary Murphy of Taskforce Engineering, raised just over $2.1 million. The official goal for the 2023 campaign will be announced at the campaign launch on September 14, 2023.
“We are so thrilled to welcome many new volunteers to the campaign cabinet team this year,” says Brandi Hodge, Executive Director, United Way Hastings & Prince Edward. “Dan is the perfect person to lead this group to success; he is passionate about making our community a better place for everyone, and we look forward to working together again this year!”
“United Way’s impact on our community is vitally important to our collective health and wellbeing,” says McCullough. “So many families across our region are struggling and that challenge isn’t going away any time soon. We must ensure the social infrastructure is there to support our friends, family and neighbours and supporting United Way is the best way I know how to do that.”
United Way HPE is currently funding 65 programs operating within 42 local organizations.
