A marijuana dispensary and convenience store went up in flames early Friday on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory.
The Mohawk and Tyendinaga Township fire departments responded just before 2 o’clock in the morning to 21 Ionas Road, off Shannonville Road just north of Old Highway 2.
The Green Grass Oasis, a converted garage, was fully engulfed in flames.
The store was vacant and there were no injuries.
The cause of the fire is undetermined.
