Brighton council has approved a submission for a new subdivision.
During their Wednesday meeting, council voted to approve the construction of the subdivision as submitted by AMR Investments Ltd.
The new subdivision will be just off Ontario Street, near Raglan Street West, and contain 66 individual units.
The housing units will consist of a mix of single detached homes and townhouses.
With approval from the council, the developer will be able to begin work soon.
