Belleville Police and the OPP got to know a suspect and another woman very well in our region Monday.
Shortly before 4:30 p.m., a 33-year-old man and a woman were travelling on Hwy 401 in Quinte West and were stopped by the OPP.
The man was on conditions not to be in communication with the woman in the vehicle.
He was arrested and charged.
The vehicle was towed to a Belleville business, where the man was discovered around 9:30 p.m.
Officers remained on the scene.
Around 10:30 p.m., city police were called to an intimate partner dispute in Foxboro.
The same male was identified and police found the female hiding under blankets.
The man was arrested and charged.
