Belleville’s lighting display committee is hosting a Festival of Lights fundraiser on Saturday August 5 in Market Square from 10 a.m. to noon.
Belleville residents are encouraged to visit Market Square to enjoy live music, face painting, holiday-themed activities, letters to Santa, and even an appearance by Santa and Mrs. Claus during their summer vacation.
Proceeds from the event will go towards purchasing new light displays for the Christmas time festival, and refurbishing existing ones.
