A man was charged after someone was alleged to be committing indecent acts outside a west-end Belleville residence Saturday.
Police responded to the residence around 9:30 at night and when a suspect was found the man fought with police.
Officers deployed a taser to subdue the man and make an arrest.
The 36-year-old man of no fixed address was charged with committing an indecent act and failing to comply with a probation order.
He was held for a bail hearing.
