Peterborough OPP have laid down a long list of charges after being called about a suspicious vehicle.
An officer received a complaint about a suspicious vehicle around 8 a m on Thursday. After locating the vehicle, the officer initiated a traffic stop and as a result the driver is facing numerous charges.
Sheldon Berry, age 35, of Selwyn is facing the following charges.
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance- Methamphetamine
- Failure or refusal to comply with demand
- Driving while under suspension
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance- Opioid
- Operation while impaired- alcohol and drugs
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000
The accused’s driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days, and he was held in custody before a court appearance later that day.
