All Season Fencing proud to be member of Quinte West community

The owners of All Season Fencing know they made the right choice in moving to Quinte West.

All Season produces vinyl fencing, decking, railing and pergolas made up of 80% recycled material. Their PVC products are resistant to discolouration, heat and cold.

There are several reasons they chose Quinte West.

The Sonoco building and property were the right size and, though it required an extensive renovation, it was not a new build. Still, there is room for expansion. Being right by Highway 401 is also a bonus as they ship out their product, delivering to most of Ontario themselves and using a third party for centres outside the province.

Perhaps most importantly, the community has been very inviting.

“We found a very warm welcoming from the city, from the economy development in the area. Everybody being amazingly helping and open mind and really helped us a lot to bring the company here.”

He also commended Mayor Jim Harrison who he says was especially helpful.

About 60 people are currently working at the facility on two shifts but that number will increase.

“We’re gonna build another extension to the building. We’re gonna almost double the facility and production. So by ’26 we’re looking at probably between 120 to 150.”

Yitzhak says they are also working on office space at the plant and will move their head office from North York to Quinte West once that is complete. North York will remain a distribution centre.

He says they have moved to the area and more than 20 employees from North York joined them.

All Season also has distribution centres or dealers in several other provinces, including Quebec and Alberta, Florida and the Middle East.  Yitzhak expects to expand to North Carolina and California over the next few years.

Yitzhak says their product line also continues to grow and they are working on a new kind of outdoor wall covering similar to siding that will go into production this fall.

But he says their plans go far beyond just being a factory.

Though he couldn’t elaborate just yet he says All Season will be a part of the Quinte West community that’s welcomed them, and even envisions creating something similar to the chocolate factory in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

“They put together the system. It was a factory and then they created actually a community. They build a facility for the people to own and we do believe that that’s how it’s supposed to be. That’s much more than just being a factory. It’s a community, it’s people, it’s a whole big family.”

He says All Season Fencing will continue to evolve and be a leading innovator in vinyl products and that Quinte West will help them continue to grow the vision they’ve always had.
