Charges have been laid following a stolen vehicle investigation in Quinte West.
The OPP were conducting traffic enforcement Wednesday morning and pulled over a vehicle around 3:30 a.m.
Further investigation led to the arrest of Wahib Ali Youssouf
He has been charged with both fraud over and under $5,000, possessing an automobile master key, and two counts of failing to comply with a release order.
He has a bail hearing
