Quinte West OPP have laid charges following an assault in an investigation on Glen Miller Road.
Reports indicate that Tuesday night around 10 p.m., an employee was assaulted at a business.
Officers arrested 45-year-old Robert O’Neil of Woodstock.
He has been charged with assault and has a court date July 27.
