Prince Edward County is holding a virtual public information meeting Wednesday, June 28 at 7 p.m. for Trae Resort in North Marysburgh.
The County has received an application for a zoning by-law amendment located at 2353 County Road 7 which would result in the creation of an eco-cabin resort with 31 cabins, a clubhouse with event space, together with a spa and walking trails.
Members of the public who wish to attend the virtual public meeting must register by contacting mcoffey@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Monday, June 26. The meeting will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams.
This public meeting is an information meeting only where the proponent/agent will present the proposal.
If any member of the public would like to ask questions or make comments, they will be able to do so after the presentation.
A statutory public meeting will be held after the public information meeting, and when the assigned County planner has completed an analysis of the project.
