Refusing to pay a cab driver led to charges against a Frankford woman Tuesday night.
A woman had used a cab to go from Frankford to Belleville around 8:30 but
refused to pay and walked away.
Belleville police were called and the suspect was located.
Arrested was 40-year-old Cassandra Mountenay who not only faces a transportation fraud charge
but was found to be wanted on other charges such as impaired driving and failing to appear in court.
She has a court date in July.
