It was a dry month in the Quinte region last month.
According to readings taken at CFB Trenton only 47 millimetres of rain fell on the area in May.
The normal amount for a May is 79 mm.
Twenty four days were without rain at all and at one point the area was without any rain for almost 2 weeks straight.
Meanwhile last month’s average high and low temperatures were close to the average at 19 and 6 degrees celsius respectively.
