The former mayor of Belleville has been elected to Hydro One’s Board of Directors.
Mitch Panciuk will join two others as new members on the 11 member board.
The salary for the part time position is $85,000 a year.
Meanwhile, Panciuk also serves on the Board of Directors for Ontario One Call, a non-profit organization that links people planning to dig underground on their properties to infrastructure companies such as gas, hydro, and cable providers so the services can be located prior to digging.
