Belleville’s downtown is going be transformed this week.
Heather Candler is the Director of Economic Development for the Friendly City.
She tells Quinte News that a television production company is setting up shop for the week at the former Quinte Hotel property, at the corner of Pinnacle and Bridge streets.
Candler says that the television shoot is a time period piece.
On Tuesday afternoon there will be filming in downtown Belleville and on Tuesday evening at Market Square behind City Hall.
There will be some slight delays in services at City Hall, however, the function of the building will continue. There will be accessible parking changes, with one space on the north side of McAnnanny Street by Scotiabank. The other is the north side of Market Square by the councillors’ spaces.
