Quinte West OPP have charged a driver with impairment after a collision in Trenton.
Police were called to a single-vehicle collision on Spring Street around 2 p.m on Monday.
An investigation lead to the arrest of the driver.
Fifty-six-year-old Jonathan Millard of Centre Hastings was charged with the following:
- Operation while impaired – Alcohol or drugs
- Operation while impaired – Blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on June 15, 2023.
The vehicle was impounded for seven days and the driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days.
