A Kingston man faces an impaired driving charge after trying to defraud a woman of $500 in the parking lot of a Belleville business Sunday afternoon.
Belleville police responded to the business and saw the suspect sitting in a vehicle. While speaking with the man officers noticed the smell of alcohol on his breath.
Robert Trainor, 45, was arrested and charged.
