A new grant has been announced through Trenval and the Small Business Centre.
The Starter Company Plus grant is up to $5,000 and Program Coordinator Luc Fournier says it is designed to provide some relief where possible.
“For anybody who’s looking to grow a business, looking for any businesses that are are trying to open up new opportunities, new markets or new local partnerships. So that can be a new business, or an existing business looking to expand.”
The money is being allocated by the province, through the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade.
